For this project, my UX class collaborated with Known Source, a UK-based secondhand fashion platform focused on sustainability. Our team of three was tasked with revamping the Brands and Dealers pages to improve user engagement and conversions.

We began by conducting user interviews, with each team member speaking to two individuals about their secondhand shopping habits. Each participant completed two tasks:

Users prioritize price and quality over the identity of individual Dealers.
This misalignment with the client's goals posed a challenge—how do we make Dealers more engaging when users are primarily price-driven?
